We Are One: A Global Film Festival will feature 100 films from 35 countries

The coronavirus epidemic caused many events to be canceled, with the Cannes, Venice, and Toronto Film Festivals being uncertain, but this week film lovers are being given a film festival experience from their homes.

We Are One: A Global Film Festival, which will begin on YouTube from Friday. The festival will run from May 29 to June 7.

It will be curated over 21 festivals, including Berlin, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, and New York, with new and classic films, interactions with directors and music, and comedy.

The Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI) will represent India in We Are One A Global Film Festival, which will feature four films, including award-winning film Eeb Allay Ooo, Nasir, Awake, and Natkhat.

We Are One stream more than 100 films from 35 countries.

If we talk about Indian films, ‘Eeb Allay Ooo!’ premiere on May 30 at 4.30 pm. Prateek Vats is the director, and Anurag Kashyap is the presenter of this film.

Shardul Bhardwaj, Mahender Nag, Shashi Bhushan, Nutan Sinha, Naina Sareen, and Nitin Goel are in pivotal roles.

The second film is Natkhat, which features Vidya Balan, Sanika Patel, Raj Arjun, Atul Tiwari, Nivedita Baunthiyal, and Sparsh Shrivastava.

This short film premiere on June 2 at 4.30 pm. Shaan Vyas is the director of Natkhat short film. Vidya Balan and Ronnie Screwvala Productions produce this film.

Arun Karthick’s Tamil film Nasir stars Koumarane Valavane, Sudha Ranganathan, and Yasmin Rahman. This film premiere on June 6 at 7 pm.

The film focuses on intolerance, depicting human values, depicting a day in the life of a saree seller in Coimbatore.

Atul Mongia’s ‘Awake’ stars Ishika Mohan Motwane, Reshmy Kurien, Yudhisthir Urs, Nicholas Brown, and Suhaas Ahuja.

The film premiere on June 7 at 4.30 pm. Vikramaditya Motwane presents awake.
